November 28, 2002: Well Monday night sure was a terrible night when I turn on the TV it was tornated storm on about ever town and Thunder storm it hit a lots of state and I heard it kill about 28 people and so many people is missing see what God is showing people what power he got and they cant do anything about it so many people don't hear God and doing all kind of wrong thing so God going to show people what he can do people better turn to god before it to late.

July 18, 2002: The other day I made phone call to Cornbread radio station and they were a man on the phone he answer it so I said who are you he said i am insurance man, I ask him if I could get some more insurance he said how old are you I said I will be 93 years old they were insurance company said you have outlived the insurance company.

Mrs. Shoupe turned 93 on July 11.

July 8, 1999: Everbody better be study about what comming on them about the last of September are October when the electic will go out the no heat when the gas will be gone no heat when the food run out and not food when the water runout and no water you will be sorry you never thought about it till it come up on you Pat Robinson had a specuch new man to come on the TV to tell people what they better look out for no telephone to call any one said you better have so much money saved up to help you said you better get you about 3 months worth of medicine to do you I do believe something bad is going to happy so all you Christian people start praying about that it may not happen.

October 22, 1998: Sunday made my day I was able to go and see my favorite man in hight office I love the late Gov Chandler his grandson Ben I love him he was so nice and kind and he quoted me in his speech about the Hima News he is just like his famous grandfather Gov Jones was so good they both had a picture made with me the picture will be in the next week paper every speaker on the program showed up they were about 300 people there my good long time friend T C Sizemore did a great job as master of ceremonies I am proud of TC he get road built and just recently go all the road blacktopped Ben Chandle want the whole road name after Happy and TC as a founder I like this idea more next week I saw a lot of my friend they are all praying for me so my health will get better thank God I got to go a Sunday my leg was some better we want to salute TC Sizemore for doing a great job.

They tuck prayer out of school in the years of 1952 and wont let the childrens pray in school also the 10 Commandment they wont let you have them you see what happen childrens bring dope to school ever body will pay for what they do at judgement day.

October 8, 1998: All you can here now on the news the religion new to is what going to happen in the years of 2000 it first started a woman had prayer tuck out of school so everbody let he go throw with it them come along they dont wont childrens to pray in school then something else happen they tuck the 10 commendmand out their office wont let you used them any more that all add up to what going to happen in 2000 God getting tired of people taking over what he put on us to keep God own the hold world and everthing that is in it we just got what we have borrow for when we die sure cant put nothing in the casket everbody got to die the rich and the poor people dont believe what going to happen they will be something terrible to happen all over the world but God know but people is just guessing I ask ever body please start praying about his God still answer prayer about all people talk about on Cornbread radio station now about so many sick people in the world and seen like the Doctor cant help them Dr. tried to help them but seen like they dont get any better so much sin in the world.

October 1, 1998: Look at this did you here about this they said that this was the worst year ever been for childing to kill childing, and take over at the house and tell adult what to do because of drugs and way they did not spare the rod and spoil the child.

A lady come from Florida she told me over the phone about what going to happen in the years of 2000 the people is talking about it so the news said people better start now about getting them some water saved up and they better get a heated stove are lots of food and cold oil lamp to have light with it going to be terrible time when it hit so people is not try to believe what going to happen but when it come it will be to late just like when people died and they not got right with God they sure will be in torment forever.

September 10, 1998: Look at this: what the big singing star Pat Boone had to say about the reason kids are killing kids in school is because there is so much killing on the TV and that is the real reason. Pat Boone is right so everybody that want there kids safe in the school need to get show changes on the television and started put more comedy on the TV and on the movies. The people don’t believe what going to happen in year 2000 but when it come they sure will believe it then when it happen people sure will be sorry when it come when there not much food and water or lights no phone and lots other thing might happen they say on the news.

April 23, 1998: Mrs. Sandra Kemmel who live in South Carolina, she just buy the Manchester Enterprise to read my Hima News. Her daddy told me they were in a bad storm hurt their feeling but the family was not hurt, thank the Lord for that. Thanks for reading the Hima News.

April 2, 1998: I went to the Dr. Fred A. Collatz III MD he sure had a crowd, the room was full where you set, they was one chair left and they were standing out side he sure is a nice doctor he try to help people if he can he told me I wish I could help you but God is still helping me I can still work a little and do a lots of more thing, it God who gave me strent to go ben down 3 months and 16 day before I got out of the house thank the Lord I get out to the Dr on the 27 day of March.

Marty Wolf who ownes a car wash at the junction was made a Kentucky Colonel this week by Paul Patton also T.C. Sizemore help him get it Marty is a famous boxer he is a brother to my dear friend Linda Rawlings who run the Wendy Resturant.

February 26, 1998: I just learned my old neighbor Harry Gregory made a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Patton this week I used to run a little store at Hima while Harry was growing up Harry often came buy and would buy pop and sandwitches. The Gregory Family was my close personal friend Harry often cook for the Veterans at the VFW. Harry is a good Chef last week he prepared a delicious squirrel and dumpling dinner.

February 19, 1998: We sure has had a bad winter I guess about everbody was with out electic for a few days some is still not got their electic in yet sure hard on people who got little childrens and them that real sick but thank God I think no one died of freezing cold are with out food some lost there food.

February 12, 1998: It been so bad they could not hold in churches any where for the big snow and no electic in the church house are heat.

The news just said that this snow storm has hit about all over the world lots of people have lost their life and the way it talk it not over so please better start praying for prayer will change things.

February 5, 1998: T. C. Sizemore got a Kentucky Colonel Commission for our on Dr. Krishna Narayanan the famous urilogist dr. wrote he was honored for what the Governor did also he was proud to serve the good people of Clay County and Eastern Kentucky congratulation doctor.

December 18, 1997: I sure wont to thank Commander William Miller, Jr. and T.C. Sizemore for the 50 years award I received Commander Brig General John R. Groves from Frankfort, KY. They were the largest crowd there I ever saw for Christmas dinner and they sure had plenty good food to eat Patty sure did cook some good food I sure do wont to thank Commander William Miller, Jr. for invited me to the VFW Christmas dinner also my friend T.C. Sizemore for helping me get the award. Also the Manchester Enterprise for making the award it sure is beautifull I been real sick.

T.C. Sizemore is a real great promoter he will help you if he can keep praying for T.C. Sizemore.

I still asking all the good Christian people who pray please start praying that they will put prayer back in school the devil is taking over little childrens after they would not let them pray in school you see what childrens is doing killing people because they are praying pray that they will past a law to let parents whip they children not beat them to death just a good whip and hit their leg so it will hurt and they will mind there parents also past a law not to let childrens have a gun are buy one then maybe the childrens wont be killing little childrens it terrible to be kill when you are praying to God. But they are Heaven bound. They wont half to suffered no more on this Earth God got more power than the devil so please try to get prayer back in school and saved lots of childrens in school prayer changes ever thing.

December 11, 1997: VFW Commander William Miller, Jr. has plan to give Myrtle Shoupe a surpise gift at the big VFW Christmas Dinner at VFW Sunday December 14 at 2 oclock pm Miller will not tell what kind of surprise gift he is giving me he sure wanted me to be there he also said he would seating me next to an Army General who is the guest of honor. I been verry sick lately but hope to God I will get better soon if the Lord willing I will be there Miller and T.C. Sizemore are alway good to me I thank the Lord for good friends like them my loyal friends Linda Rawlings good Dave at Wendys said she sure planned to be there said.

I wont to thank David Curry the paper boys who bring me my Manchester Enterprise ever week who has me prayed for at the Crawfish Church when he think about it they have good service at Crawfish Church so go and visited them.

I got some good friends who help me one is Rapha Reylond and his nice good friend her name is Jean thank the Lord for both of them also my dear son Eddie help me a lot he will help me and also another good friend it Lucilla Smith she my real friend she help sell my Manchester Enterprise while I down sick and cant help me self I need ever body prayer please pray for me I need healing for my body and lot other people.

December 4, 1997: I lost one of my best friend that I ever had her name is Mary Sam Gregory. She was like a mother to me and she also help Eddie Smith when he was sick. . . .She and her husband Sam Bear Gregory own a store for over 40 years she let you have credit when no body else would my dear mother Lizzie Downey done all her buying at Mary and Sam store her and Sam help lots of people when they were in need and could not help them self she been a good Christian person about all her life she sure will be mist at the horse Creek Holyness Church she had one place she would set in the church ever one at church love Mary she was so nice and kind to ever one she also had a good daughter and sons who tuck care of her it was Norma Lee Sibert and Johnny Poss Gregory and Danny Gregory lots of friends also. She leave to morn her daughter and two sons Norma Lee Sibert, Danny Gregory and Johnny Poss Gregory and grandchildrens also 1 brother his name is Frank Roberts also 1 sister Cledith Shoupe lots of relitives and friends to morn her passing another Angles in heaven she never will half to suffered again on this earth all her pain is over she got a sweet home in heaven God bless all the family and Lord be with them is my prayer and everybody love Mary Sam Gregory.

November 20, 1997: I want to thank Betty Crawford for writing me on the webpage said she enjoyed the Hima Church News she live in Hawkin Co. Tennessee on a farm her mother past away in 1990 so she is taking care of the farm she like good service where they show and have a good time in the Lord thank you for the nice letter on the enternet. 

November 13, 1997: They are two men who wrote me a letter from the Federal Prison Camp said they read my news in the Manchester Enterprise said I was doing a good job they said they were doing alright in here and wanted to say hello to me I am glad they are getting along all right but I wont to tell them if they will start praying and get right with God they will get out sooner then they think God can open the jail house door for both of you their name is Wayne H—— and Ralph D—— thanks again for the letter it was nice letter you guy write me again.

October 30, 1997: I am so happy to find out my good friend T. C. Sizemore won the Highest award at Red Bird High School. He was a outstanding alumunus of 1997 when he went to school he had to walk 20 miles there also he walk 20 miles comming back that was 40 miles he had to walk to get to school he sure did live hard never had much cloths to ware but he would not give up so he got a good schooling then went to cologua he poor daddy was shot and kill when he was eleven years old that hurt him a lots to give up his daddy but had faith and courage and work his way throw the fine Christian school he from Bear Creek KY also Beverly.

October 16, 1997: Donnie Smith Produce guy had a business in Manchester and now he getting ready to get married to Brenda and they will have a ready made family hope them all the Happies in the world.

September 25, 1997: I wont to thank Wilma Adams for all the nice picture she sent me I stay at Lynch Hotel I went to the Lynch Post office I also went to the store in Lynch I also work at a place where they keep miners I would wash about 18 them big bucket ever day for the men to take their lunch I guess we live in Lynch KY for over three years we live close to a store in three story house we keep border when me and Shermon Shoupe was married I also wont to thank her for the nice letter she sent.

Mrs. Shoupe lived in Lynch from 1928 to about 1931

September 11, 1997: Mrs. Statia Reid I heard is some better but still in the hospital in Lexington, KY I am sure please to hear that Statie is better I alway like Statia she was good to me when she work at the Rices Shoe Store she would buy me some panty hose I sure was glad to get them.
