A local man pled guilty to federal charges that he conspired with the assistant police chief to sell $1 million in cocaine and other drugs. He also pled guilty to charges involving a drug-related death and an arson plot. He will testify against the police official as well as the former 911 director, who has been charged in the same alleged conspiracy.
